Making Naked Time Pick a chore you do around the house when you are alone. Find a chore you feel comfortable with, then take off your clothes and do it naked.
Sleep Naked Everyone has time to sleep naked. If this is not something you ordinarily do, your man might take it as an invitation for sex, in which case you should have it, if you'd like. If it seems too abrupt a change from your ordinary full-length flannel nighties, begin slowly. For example, start with a T-shirt and jammy pants, then move on to a tank top and shorts. Gradually remove your clothing, week by week and piece by piece, until you feel comfortable falling asleep and spending a full night nude.
Strip Tease Make sure you are alone. Trust me, you don't want the kiddies walking in on this one. Wear comfortable clothes, put on a song you love and hit the repeat button. It can be an anthem that's irresistible to sing along to, like "Respect" or "I Will Survive," or something slower that makes you feel all tingly because it reminds you of the first time you went to third base. The key is that you pick something you can lose yourself in. Then just sing, dance and strip to the imaginary person in the chair. Yell. Do a few high kicks. Grab your naked love handles and shake them. Peel off your sweatshirt and swing it over your head. Make sure you feel silly. Laugh. Cry. Do it over and over.
